This five star is for the customer service I received from Erica in the drive thru she is the best I've seen in a very very long time. How ever the food was not all that great however I will come back for the customer serve.

If you are looking for a good fast food experience avoid this McDonalds at all cost. Stopped in today and waited at the counter while a shift manager and another employee played on their phones. When they finally decided to acknowledge my presence, I told them I changed my mind and would not be ordering. I also told them I would NEVER be back.
This isn't the first time I've had this type of service at this McDonalds, but decided to give them another chance.

Hayti, Mo has been pretty terrible the last several years. As someone who used to work for McDonald's, I knew it was a problem that could easily be fixed. The owners and the GM, Pat, have done a great job slowly turning it around. They've replaced a few people I see and brought in some good help. It's still not where it should be but I feel it's on the right track to getting turned around. Night time is where they really lack. Most fast food places do lack at night time.

Worst place I ever ate they messed up the order instead of Dr pepper they gave us Coke, the chicken nuggets had bones and workers were impolite. They had two pick -up windows and one was for while you wait this place is as bad as it can get. Employees are dumb

If want to give props to an excellent employee at the Hayti McDonald's store. Josh takes orders in the morning, his voice is so bright and cheerful and he is always very nice and polite. In my this day and age that we live in when everyone is rushed, including workers at restaurants, it is nice for someone to take time to wish you a good day. He always makes my day a little brighter. Well done, Hayti McDonald's!
